Well, given that Willis is no fool, has been running her investigation by everyone's opinion very well, I only have a citizens one or two basic theory.
Left in place to attract more evidence for Willis that she wouldn't have gotten if cleta was hamstrung by lawsuit ropes, OR left in place because she has worked out a 'secret?' plea deal where she'll wear a wire and collect evidence from bigger fish?

I don't see any logical reasons she is unencumbered when so blatantly identified with all that criminality. This is way above my pay scale. I'm just a retired broadcast camera guy who watched everything live in courtrooms behind a viewfinder for a couple- four years. So far back in the past where I was still using 3/4 tape decks and full sized camera's. Didn't go full digital until after the court work. Used 3/4 SP tapes.
