It looks like you're on a Mac of some kind, running Catalina, and using Safari. I fired up my Macbook Pro and looked at the Favorites page with Safari. The edges of the page are certainly right up against the screen border, but they don't look cut off to me. Have you changed your zoom at some point? https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/zoom-in-and-out-mchlp2975/mac If that's not it, maybe @IH Geek [Tom] or @IH Geek [Chuck] (former) can help you. They use Macs and like it. Unlike me 😄
