ESP - nice trading, added more around 16 yesterday too.

Maybe I'm a sucker and Q4 is a flop, but I can't much else this cheap (yes, I know the liquidity sucks):

-This will be likely be the highest annual revenues since ~2013 (comparatively, EPS high point was ~2.50/share)
-They have ~$18M in cash/investments, which is more than they usually have
-They were easily able to pay out dividends of 1.00/share for years with less EPS and cash on the balance sheet, plus the current dividend is pretty much covered by interest on their CDs/bond holdings...
-Backlogs related to defense/aerospace stuff continues to have a decent outlook

Based on the above, I'm pretty much expecting a dividend increase here at some point
