What if 1 or more of the 10,000+ common Shareholders filed and was granted a Preliminary Injunction?



They would run smack into the 4617(f) wall, which has been referred to by multiple courts as the anti-injunction provision.

Maybe they could delay it for a few weeks but in the end it would just be a waste of time and money (legal fees).

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.
