Dividing the net revenue for the year by the O/S gives you the EPS. Then use a multiplier of 15 (average PE ratio)

We have estimated the EPS to be .0046ish -

Using a PE of 15 would give PNMS a market value of .07

Can ya say 'undervalued'?
