But will they this time around when even people in the country who never even paid attention to the US supreme court before shittypants made them his own?
Thomas and by extension the supreme court are under a microscope like I've never seen them. Then again, no supreme court before went out and purposely fished for cases to rule or change.

I believe thomas instigated the roe case almost single handed. His butt buddy jillionaire has pushed hard against abortion and gays.
I predict the conservative assholes will refuse to see the case should it come before them.
