This dropped from $1 week ago, having moved up from it's 3 month avg of $.60 on recent news (24th and 28th Aug). This was caused by an S-3 offering of 28M shares @ $.34, on Aug 3rd, and included in their Aug 11 quarterly 10Q. Outstanding shares 156M + 28M offering, total O/S 184M. Market cap before offering $156M, and since, it has dropped to $30M cap @ $.17. This should be trading around $.60-.80 based on dilution.
