Bankrupting Helios doesn't do a thing for Rushnet. After all RSHN owned Helios but the problems with Rushnet goes way back and those problems existed before Helios came onborad. Thereby the problems still exist. It isn't a clean shell until Ashley fixes the 20+yr issues that kept him from doing a r/s or spinoff. From what one can glen from the pr he has financial woes and will need cash to continue any of his business. The HDX labs sound like they are going to have problems too.
