The excuse man just made up a doozy here. What a crock on a number of fronts. 1) UL testing is not a significant cash drain - want to guess the costs? Easy to research and when you do you will know why your comments are silly. 2). Snpw had cash after the Medi denial. Are you suggesting they elected not to use the cash? Here is another project for you. Guess how much cash and stock was invested after Medi denial on other projects.

If you are going to make up such bs excuses at least be somewhat credible. The excuse here is laughable. You have to do much better.
