If you had millions of discounted shares as loan collateral about to become unrestricted due to default which is how the toxic debt loan game is played...wouldn't you short the stock? Yeah...me too. If they thought it is a strong possibility(possible prior knowledge) that david was selling his shares on the open market at the same time...maybe I would short it twice for good measure, lol! The chart below shows the effect this may have on the stock price.
