His answer was quite easy to formulate. Surely he is done so in his own mind dozens of times.

“The Board set out performance objectives for the development of the company which I met. Here are some examples….”

Easy peezy…

Yet the fact he couldn’t formulate an answer, essentially froze and faked audio problems tells me he is clueless about the ridiculousness of his compensation.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
