Actually Ameritrade is my primary account...a margin account and my Fidelity is a standard cash account and I bought back during the Reg A..so yes Fidelity did at the time any way...let me buy shares....I have shares in both my accounts.

Just a heads up a friend of mine just tried to buy $2,000 of $BDPT through fidelity and they are not allowing buys at this time.
They just told him to check back later has anybody bought through fidelity????
