Good. It's important to do, one, what we should/have been advised to do; two, what feels right. As far as keeping relatively fit goes, each individual knows their own body best. Yep, asthmatic from childhood and noticed in that Planks it helps breathing too. Am looking forward to supplementing the breathing exercises i habitually do now virtually 95% of the time when not sitting down with some the Plank stuff. Thanks again for that.
