To be fair, lots of companies that have been scams, have had "real" products. Take a loot at all of those scam diet pill things; none of them work, they are pure ripoff, but they are real.

I am not saying we are a scam; god, i hope we are not a scam. But lets be honest - most of us were here because of the Gov contract. If that (and the revenues) does turn out to be a lie, then we may as well be considered a scam. Why? Because it would mean that the business was never operating like we were under the impression it was - that is a good definition of a scam.

Mind you, no matter what, we can see our business is real. We know the office is there, and we know some products must be being sold somewhere (SQUM confirmed that for us). What remains to be seen, is just how real we are. The UAF's are a joke (i am sorry, but to say otherwise would be foolish) - no tax info.. well, you know the problems.

What we need now, are revised, ACCURATE financals, audited or not. We deserve the real numbers; preferably with a 3rd party approval. But at this point, i would just be happy with the truth.

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
