FYI- SEC enforcement actions are also civil cases so there is no extradition involved.
I didn't say that the SEC cases weren't civil cases. They are, but the SEC works closely with the FBI when needed (such as cases where extradition is warranted).
I'm also not saying that what Calasse did warrants extradition. The original thread in the conversation was why Calasse hasn't faced SEC action (which Yolo and I-Glow use as part of their spin).
But there is plenty of evidence Calasse committed fraud as CEO of GOFF (now WNFT) and it's now part of the evidence that Sharp submitted in the case. And it would be unimagibable for the court to rule in his favor after reading the SEC documented evidence against him when all is said and done - even if he does get standing...no matter what Yolo says.
