Selling of shares and dilution contributes to shorting a stock. To actually short a stock, requires a little help from the company. There are ways to help minimize shorting. Hopefully after the next R/S, the share structure will be much better and additional revenue will negate the need to dilute or sell shares which will require those who short pay their short interests back.....
