CWG....these guys are trying to change the score after the game ended.....you are correct, many things were said in court by lawyers in the beginning of bankruptcy...WMI did have a 20 billion dollar lawsuit for improper taking of assets , and such.. Hotchberg gave an opinion to WMI assets, but, if you read the testimony, he says pursuit of these assets would not result in any appreciable gain for the expense involved... these guys hash and rehash old "stuff" as if it would change anything... only reopening the chapter 11 for fraud can be done after 12 years...Lodas
