It's unfortunate you still feel that way. By Linda Perry's own words the 6 year paralysis from the SEC Admin. Proceeding prevented or at minimum inhibited Digital Brand's abilitiy(ies) to move forward. Had the company taken my well-founded advice to accept revocation 4 or 5 or 6 years ago she could have easily reregistered the company with a new FORM 10, and Digital Brand could have moved forward uninhibited and progressively.....and the stock PPS would likely be much higher than it is now.

I have substantial knowledge about the workings of the SEC, FINRA, and the markets. My advice was good advice. The unison drum beats from your peers was bad advice.
