If Charlie Scott committed criminal acts with SOLI/CareClix then by all means he should be prosecuted. But there is a Rule of Law in this country and let's see how this plays out whether charges are warranted or not? I still don't believe Charlie is a Criminal. Now is he Incompetent? YES!!! Still hoping for the best here unlike yourself.
