With the tweet from last night with 1 month 2 weeks left in the 3rd quarter the next filing should give us an idea whether or not the SPP store has a chance of succeeding.

As far as Elba Power Corp timeline, Based on the fact that the tariffs will be put back into place in less then two years and it will take about a year to a year and a half to retro fit the building, if EPC is going to happen the property should be purchased within the next 60 to 90 days.

Reason is simple
