American Blockchain is likely just a placeholder name change that will demonstrate that FINRA will in fact allow corporate actions to resume for GVSI.
How does a corporate name change application "demonstrate that FINRA will in fact allow corporate actions to resume for GVSI" - ???!!!
It doesn't. Just applying to FINRA for a corporate name change doesn't in any way "demonstrate" that the corporate actions will be approved. Your post is just hot air. It is the same pumper wishful thinking BS that we've been hearing for over two years now. It's all grasping at straws because the pumper nervousness is palpable.
Plus the fact that GVSI failed to file financials for six years **BEFORE** it filed its Form 15 means GVSI is still in the hook for the missing financials and Sharp already said he ABANDONED getting GVSI audited and SEC registered and reporting.
It's been over a month since Sharp applied to FINRA for the corporate actions and they still have not been approved.
That is why FINRA issued GVSI its Notice of Deficiency. That is why the SEC restricted GVSI's corporate actions.
All the tripe you, HokieHead, MrNormall and KeithPB50 endlessly post shows no verifiable documentation or proof that ANYTHING any of you pumpers say about the future of GVSI is true.
