Hey just because it's on some website don't make it true

It's a link to a well respected corporate finance law firm that specializes in mergers. I guess they are lying to negate pumpers on this board? LOL!!!

Now pumpers are accusing law firms of lying. Like I said, the extent to which pumpers lie and misdirect on this board is hard to believe.

Not only that, a second corporate finance law firm also corroborates the same information, but I guess you think they are lying too.

No audited financials means no reverse merger for GVSI and Sharp already said he abandoned getting GVSI audited, SEC registered and reporting and GVSI has six years of missing financials that were never filed BEFORE GVSI filed its Form 15.

Our attorneys & auditors have concluded that it is impossible to audit $GVSI due to past corporate mismanagement of records/actions. Therefore, we are abandoning efforts to become an SEC reporter & are preparing an application for OTCIQ access to be filed with OTCM within 60 days
