Even though Sharp specifically said everything was on hold concerning any acquisition or reverse merger (right after his "WNFT reaches the promised land" tweet):

Mr. Calasse has appealed the lower court’s rulings regarding the cancellation of shares, previously issued to him, to the Nevada Supreme Court. While the company is confident that the rulings will be upheld, it is unlikely that the company can enter into any acquisition or reverse merger agreement during the course of this litigation. As such, no such transactions can be deemed to be pending."

All those statements did not age well. LOL!

Posts expressing any concern or worry about Calasse and the falling stock price were ridiculed and denounced as "nonsense" but actually turned out to be spot on.

And it was misleading to say Calasse couldn't appeal the judges first decision concerning WNFT because it was FINAL. Calasse could appeal and he did. It was misleading to say Calasse's appeal had nothing to do with WNFT but pertained only to George Sharp. It did pertain to WNFT causing its share price to crash with MANY less knowledgeable shareholders accruing HUGE losses believing MrNormall's lies and pumps.
