And Sharp hasn't even started looking for a merger candidate since it says that the company "will actively shearch." Which means in the future.

It's true. $GVSI is a registered entity, Pursuant to Section 13 OR 15(d) of The Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

AND ONCE AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE THEY WITHDREW THE FORM 10 above-mentioned Registration Statement DOES NOT MEAN IT WITHDREW THE SEC REGISTRATION

We know it's not SEC reporting. But it is SEC registered!

A Form 10 withdrawal request is not a request to remove it's SEC registration.

$GVSI Is an SEC registered Ticker.

All false statements.

Sharp flat out LOST ALL HIS CLAIMS so far (6 losses and 0 wins) and his right to cancel those shares yet you kept saying they were cancelled which was false. Those shareholders obviously showed legal proof that they own the shares so Sharp had no choice but to drop the lawsuit for six defendants now.

At every turn, from falsely saying that GVSI is an SEC registered stock, to falsely saying that the SEC administrative proceeding didn't concern GVSI because one of the documents mentions Inca Hemp, Inc., to saying GVSI "CURRENT NEXT WEEK!" throughout last year, to saying that Calasse couldn't appeal because "the judge's (first) decision was FINAL!," to saying that Calasse's appeal had nothing to do with WNFT because the appeal was ONLY filed against Sharp - all of these statements have been false.

These statements are intentionally meant to deceive the less informed.

You also got permanently banned from Sharp's twitter feed, with Sharp posting a screenshot where he personally riduculed you by calling you a hypocrite because of all the BS you post and your attempt at getting private court information.
