Yeah, so I should disbelieve an OTC CEO when he says he’s doing a RS, or is it when they say they aren’t? Seems to me the latter is riskier.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
