He quoted under Triggers for review:"• The issuer is not current in its reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission;"

Sounds pretty official, huh? But he left something out on that.....


It actually reads: ": (2) the issuer is not current in its reporting requirements, if applicable, to the SEC or other regulatory authority"

Whoops , was that just a slip or was it something else? Bad boy HiLo bad
