On first reading, I interpreted your phrase "realize gains" - possibly incorrectly - as "take profits." But you obviously meant that the commons will go up in price. I agree, but it will be the new commons. Legacy commons will no longer exist because they will be converted to new commons by reverse split prior to release. JPS will also no longer exist because they will be converted to commons too, but on much more favorable terms (probably at the same time when the SPS-to-common-conversion takes place). Speculating about JPS prices after recap/release is therefore misplaced.
