I would suggest, perhaps, recent news coincides with recent transactions.

I have no proof of anything.

So
1 DM issues himself 52 million free trading shares, unaffected by the reverse split
2 The company says they have actively started their share buy back program
3. Over several sessions in premarket and afterhours several million shares were dumped, from who to whom? AH and PM is the last place you want to try to dump shares UNLESS, you have a buyer lined up.

So this is just speculation, could the buyer have been MULN doing the buyback and DM getting rid of some of the 52 million shares?

After all, he is in control of both operation.

Just my conspiracy theory for today.
