The HIGHER the stock price, the LOWER the volume needs to be to equal the EXACT same dollar amount traded.

OF COURSE the volume was lower in the afternoon............BECAUSE THE FREAKING STOCK WAS HIGHER.

Good grief...

Look at the volume traded throughout the morning vs afternoon.
