Carnes did exactly the same thing on INKW. Said they were doing an audit and kept telling investors that it was about to wrap up (for 2 years they kept up this charade). Then out of the blue released a supplemental that said it wasn't in the best interest of the company to have audited financials. It's playing out the same way here, except on an accelerated schedule of screwing over the shareholders.

I don't believe you can perform an audit and have an offering out at the same time.
