Well, it's all been there for people to see. It's just that the naïve have ignored it in hopes of riches.

For example, today's filing on DM's purchase makes it clear he didn't buy it on the open market and sent money to the mysterious shareholder he had previously gifted shares to. Any guess on whether that "shareholder" returned the money to him?
