NLST...we are waiting for the Micron CC ruling which we know will be in favor of NLST...against samsung it took 6 weeks..Micron was july 26th...so that puts us at around sept 6th... 90% of these companies when losing the CC settle out of court...Micron is similar to SK in that they mainly focus on memory modules...so being oversold and having that to look forward to...we should be back over 3 and into the mid 3s again soon...

I do think NLST will get a deal with one of these two companies with in 90 days...they need a deal and they have the lawyer to pull it off...
