This is what the PR from back then said, argue with the PR, do what you have to, but I am taking what it says literally. I wasn't involved with CKYS back then, perhaps somebody else can take up this argument about what products CKYS sold a year and a half ago, but this is what the PR says...

Oct 13, 2005 -- CyberKey® Corporation (Other OTC:CYKC) is pleased to announce that the CyberKey has been certified to be listed on the General Services Administration's list of approved products for Federal Government purchases. The certification period is valid for five years. This makes the CyberKey device available to all levels and departments within the US Government.
