Greetings Travis, I/We are still here. As I mentioned before, plans are working on several fronts. Holly, Jordan and my team are busy. The info for the Q's are being reviewed by the accountants. The accountants had some questions and those questions have been/ are being addressed. I have no time estimates but like you, I hope soon.
Understand that when Mr. Holly joined the board earlier in the year, he had no intention to become CEO or take over the company. Holly's plan was to implement his image monetization for the company to have additional revenue streams through the use of the images. (still part of the plan) So, when the changes were made, how the company had been operating had to be studied, past agreements and relationships had to be analyzed, financial statements had to be studied, debt to vendors had to be conversated and adjusted and repayment plans discussed. The old business had to be addressed as Mr Holly doesn't like surprises. (Have you read the past K's and Q's as some have suggested?) The most recent K shared some of the changes from his research, like the release of the last bookkeeper, board member additions, etc. The upcoming K will explain more. The plan for the PXR revenue was already in place, however what to do and how to grow Klickzie, ARknet etc was/is a work in progress. Have any of you ever seen or reviewed the company's marketing plan for either Klickzie or ARknet? Add to that that the company had no revenue, no operating capital (all public information) and vendor debt makes any faaast immediate moves real tough. We're working through that.
98% of what we need to do relies upon the company getting back current with filings. So, there's no plan to go dark, there's no plan for a RM as some have claimed. These bashers don't know!
In addition, Mr. Holly is not going to make statements on Twitter, he is not going to introduce himself or say hello to shareholders on Telegram. He's not going to make statements on LinkedIn so no matter how much we wish or allow bashers to work the room, this is not going to happen. Mr. Holly wants no part of any misunderstandings with the SEC. As an attorney, he's not going to do it! He will only report on things that "have happened" not on what we hope to happen. He has been in touch and shares communications with all regulatory organizations that have an effect on our future. I do share your communication concerns with management. I will try and answer any questions you have to the best of my ability, just address them to me. I have not been asked to post this, nor did I ask for anyone's permission. Just FYI.
