To be included in one of these classes, shareholders must have held their shares as of December 7, 2021 or acquired their shares after December 7, 2021 and before any final judgment is entered or settlement is reached in the lawsuit.

I had only FNMAT as of Dec. 7, 2021. But in June 2023 I sold them and switched to FNMAS and FMCKJ. Now I'm wondering which position would count for Lamberth compensation. In June 2023 there was no "final judgement" yet.
