If DLOC and FIU solves these signal issues they are having with cellphones to satellites, then all of us who are holding shares here are going to be very rich imo. The more I see what's going on with this study and all of the people who are involved with FIU, I realize just how serious this project is. I also realize just how special DLOC really is. We are given an opportunity at .002's to be involved with the opportunity on technology that could possibly change how the world communicates. The opportunity here is unimaginable. Patience will be the key here for investors who want to possibly see their financial lives forever changed.

With that said this is the OTC and there are No Guarantee's, but this is the best opportunity I have seen come along on the OTC in a long-time. Folks still have to be cautious and not invest more than they can afford to lose. Don't mortgage your house, or take out credit card debt. There is that possibility that FIU cannot solve this issue and we lose everything. The way these people are all excited I don't believe that will be the scenario. I personally believe they will resolve this issue and why I have invested into the stock.
