The only problem is you can only do that so long before it becomes a snowball effect. So you have to be smart about it and understand human behavior and thresholds. There are other forces involved but at some point, there has to be heard mentality and a push north, otherwise it could be a slow bleed. I think the herd is finally coming and we will see a push north.
