Has Sophy pissed anyone off enough to go to the SEC, Yet? Perhaps Max could sue for Libel and Defamatory statements made against the company's product? I'm getting closer to doing it myself. Just gathering more and more evidence against who this Sophy really is. It's turning out to be more of a personal vendetta against Tri Cascade, but what Sophy has done is also a violation of SEC laws even if she wasn't "Pooping and Scooping", but most likely she was.
