Back to the shorting thing again.

I realize that with hind sight it easy to come to an answer that works…lol.

So let’s indulge the fantasy.

The reality is that if they were shorting against the box with the warrant stock…they would have to hold the short position open for a year…if the intent was to cover with the stock from exercising the warrants.

So while it is easy to look back now and say….oh…he could easily have made $100 million…

He could just as easily have lost it all waiting that year. The stock could have sky rocketed a second time and wiped them out and the warrants wouldn’t save them.

So this latest thesis of yours is similarly ridiculous.
