Here is the point. I said that Sharp could have made over $100million if he was trying to scam HMBL and/or FORW. This was my original post. If Sharp wanted to, he could have shorted 125 mil at (according to Samsam) $3.41/share - in reality, likely more. He had no downside risk for doing so. If the stock hit $50/share, he could have converted the warrants at .25/share and made easy $100mil. If the stock went under, he would have made about a half a billion.

You argue semantics instead of looking at the big picture. Instead of trying to be the smartest person in the room, why not ask the other guy why he thinks what he does. You might actually learn something.
