If Sharp was in HMBL to stick it to HMBL and investors, he would have sold his original warrants for over $100mil. Instead, he held onto them because he believed that Foote was a brilliant crypto guy that was going to focus on things like titles and voting. By reading his posts, he was kinda irritated over apes and I would guess he was also not happy with things like the hotel room purchase and maybe the KeBrian animation that had a creepy feel of Doom game of the 1980's. We know he was pissed with the RS and with the toxic debt from Brighton. Still even after walking away from his consulting agreement, he was positive concerning HMBL and even Brian. He made a comment about knowing that Foote will eventually figure things out.
With the $2mil purchase, you must assume that they talked about how HMBL was strapped for cash and IF certain things were to happen with the money or in operations of the business going forward, Sharp would buy warrants to help HMBL. Assume that Sharp threatened a lawsuit based on a failure of Foote to live up to his agreement. It is the only logical reason.
