Compared to the national exchanges like Nasdaq. Yes absolutely.
They ALL have their own rules to trade on their platform, but yes OTC is different with rules that are not enforced. Most of these OTC companies don’t even file with the SEC.
The SEC…(Social Security Exchange). That’s what is important. KBLB is and has always been SEC compliant and SEC current! Makes for a much easier transition up to a national exchange like Nasdaq!!
