Brings me back to my original question:

KBLB wouldn't correspond with the US MILITARY, if they were in violation of

GOVERNMENTAL SEC PROTOCOLS, would they?

I contacted OTC Markets, just to confirm that OTC companies are required to conduct yearly shareholder meetings...

The answer I received is YES.
