I had the same feeling about Frank , but they have been working in a silent mode. In October 2022 they were in the process of acquiring Mekaddesh Group Corporation (MGC). They finally did it on March 2023. and transfered control to Maria Guel who is the new Ceo. Now she and the group are working on a sizeable offering, you probably has read about it in the older posts. If they have success with this offering then there are big plans about JPEX becoming a major Media station around the USA. The form !-A has some gems which make me feel better about my investment. Very extensive report but worth reading it. MGC is even profitable since 2022 to say the least!.
