It can't even stay above .30. Anyone expecting a flat announcement on FDA approval is kidding themselves. While TTOO may eventually get approval, there are usually back-and-forth questions from the FDA before they give their ok. This ain't no rubber stamp.
As for hitting those lofty numbers you are suggesting, you are simply pumping.
