Almost $40 million, not $30 million. It would be an interesting exercise to go through every financial for the last decade and add up how much money went to those black box categories of "General and Admin" and "Consulting". And "Exploration" is a little suspect too, considering how little exploration they actually did.

As for insider info....I believe that certain investors pride themselves on finding stuff out before anybody else knows about it. That is illegal both for the person(s) doling out such information (ahem.....Deb?) but also for those that received (and possibly traded on) such information. If someone ends up taking Mexus to court, you can bet that the insider info issue will be explored. It is well documented in posts to a certain private blog, and on Ihub.
