that doesn't prove that Trump knew that he lost the election.

That is a really tricky thing to prove. I mean, Trump is still spouting off about how the election was stolen. At just about every one of his rallies, he ends by saying that he won and will have to do it all over again.
Let me try an analogy here. Fourth quarter of a football game. OK?
Team that is behind is driving for the goal line, with time running out. The last play of the game, the quarterback tosses a pass that is caught just inside the endzone, but the ref calls it incomplete. Replays show the pass as inside the end zone, but the ref's call stands, as incomplete. The players and coaches all believe they won, although it will go down as a loss on the record books. Do you think that they will ever believe they lost that game? Although, in actuality they did, according to the record.
In other words, yes Biden was declared the winner, but did Trump, in his mind really believe he lost?
Only he knows. Yes, many told him he lost or tried to convince him. But only Trump really knows what he believes. He could acknowledge that Biden was declared the winner, but still never believe that he lost, but was cheated.
I'm not saying I agree or disagree. I'm just saying, it would be really tough to prove what was in Trump's mind. As egotistical as he is, it is easy for me to think, that he truely thought he was cheated and did not really lose.
