The CEO of this company did not milk people out of their savings. He made decisions on behalf of the company that did not favor shareholders. You buy and sell stocks out of your own decisions. The oil guy milked the CEO out of 500k, or shareholder money. This CEO runs or ran the company as it was his, so interpretation is within those who believe it or not.
