So sorry, but "guilty" goes with a crime -- believing the 2020 election for POTUS was rigged is not a crime -- what he is accused of is "acting" on his beliefs -- apparently because he was POTUS when acting on those beliefs, it becomes a question of constitutional importance -- so we shall see how it plays out in the courts -- by the way, so many politions are guilty of such "crimianal actions" there will be a shortage of cells --
