That's interesting because, within certain legal and very liberal parameters, a corporate BoD has the ability to pretty much vote in anything they want. I would think that if something was not filed correctly, the new BoD would honor the intentions of the previous BoD. Kinda like when a new Administration honors actions from previous Administrations. Did you see all those pardons Clinton gave out on his last day in office...? Is GM still involved in CVIA?

btw - my post was intended to be civil and directed "to someone" as opposed to posted "about someone". Additionally, Free iHub members do not have the Private Message feature like you and I.
